Today I have a heavy heart

Yesterday I said something aloud that offended some folks. It was something I believe, but also something I should, because it is not productive to say, have kept to myself. No, nothing political, I avoid talking politics and religion to others, it was something else. I have a history of getting emotional and speaking without thought. Though I have improved considerably these last few years I have always done this and obviously continue to do so. 

I am praying about this. Pray with me.
