Prison Reform

Well as you know, a couple of weeks ago, I posted a little piece on the RUMOR that Trump was going to grant Clemency for 250 of the 250th birthday of the United States. That proved to be false, a pipe-dream. Mr. Trump DID NOT pardon folks. I am very disappointed. Who better than he understands the false accusations, over exaggerated charges and lying Prosecutors. 

Mr. Trump. You ran on promises to the American people ... one of those promises was "Prison Reform"! Yet, to this date you have done nothing visible. Yes, you are closing down some prisons but what will this do ... let me tell you. It means that all of those prisoners form those prison will have to be assimilated into other prisons ... we are already overcrowded, this is only going to make it worse. UNLESS you put on your big-boy pants and let some folks go. 

I get it, you passed the First Step Act ... and it has helped with things like forcing the BOP to move us closer to home and it also cut our phone costs from the ridiculous amount of 23 cents a minute down to 6 cents a minute. Thank you for this. But the issue here is that the courts are giving out way to much time. Kids are getting 30 years for non-violent crimes. Somebody needs to kick Congress in the pants and have them change the "Ghost Dope, the Conspiracy Laws and the miss-use of the RICO act". You have the power to do all of these things. Stop defending the Justice Department ... believe this, sometime in the future they are going to go after you AND your children, just like they have went after ours. DO SOMETING to clip their wings. Use your power to pull the Lightening Bolts off their collars ... make no mistake here ... Gestapo! 

Mr. Trump. Bring back the Federal Parole system. This would be the best thing you could do ... and again ... you have the power to do it.

One other thing: I.C.E., regardless of your stance on Immigration, should not be shooting folks unless they are dealing with someone with a gun. If someone is in a car ... follow them till they run out of gas if you have to. But shooting killing someone and then claiming they were trying to run you over ... BAD BUSINESS.
