Snail Mail Instructions

Mark would be happy if you contact him and give him feedback about his written art and his blog entries.
He likes to communicate with people.

If you decide to write to Mark there are very specific rules.
If you do not follow them your letter will be rejected by the Prison officials.

• Only white paper and white envelopes are accepted.
• The letter must be written in black or blue ink only.
• Send no more than 5 pages per letter.
• Letter pages must be one sided, only. Do not write on back side.
• You must have a return address on the front of the envelope.
• You are not allowed to send money or stamps directly to Mark.
• You can send Mark photos, but no more than 20 per envelope.
   

These are not Mark's rules but the rules of the institution.
